We live in the East Bay.  We love the East Bay.  It is historic, friendly, and dynamic.  So, it seemed natural, when we were picking a site for our business, that we chose to commit our energies to growing businesses in the East Bay area. 

As members of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce, our goal is to serve the businesses and communities that call the East Bay home.

• Over 10 years experience in HR
• Masters Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources
• Has coached and trained on a wide range of workplace issues, including employee morale, team building skills and employee/management relations
• Experience in a wide range of environments, including financial (MetLife, Dexter Credit Union), manufacturing (ChemArt Company, Coca-Cola) and health care (Sturdy Memorial Hospital)
• Trained mediator
• Treasurer of NE-ACR (NE Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution (former)
• Co-founder of Rhode Island Mediators Association

FRANK P. GEREMIA, BSCE

• Over 30 years management experience with State of RI
• Has coached and mentored Managers, Executives, Professionals and Technicians
• Background in Engineering and Planning
• Served as Policy and Technology Analyst and Advisor to Executives, Legislators, and Government Officials
• Trained mediator
• Treasurer of Fort Adams Trust
• Co-founder and President of Rhode Island Mediators Association
